The sheer joy on customers faces and excitement for seeing the Akara and pap which according to some customers, they haven't seen or eaten for over 5 years is so satisfying to me .

WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES WITH STAFFS AND CUSTOMERS.
Staff are very unstable but we navigate at each as the challenges come.
HOW HAVE YOU MANAGED DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC EITHER MALE AND FEMALE PATRONAGE TRYING TO STAY AFLOAT AND
TEMPTATION.
Well, temptations are normal, but we focus on the goal.
