Rivers
United technical adviser Finidi George has stated that his team will implement
the correct tactics for their upcoming match against Shooting Stars.
Finidi said that
the players require a proper rest following their long trip to Katsina.
He added that
the coaching crew will ensure the players are ready for the encounter. Rivers
United will square up with Shooting Stars in a midweek fixture at the Adokiye
Amiesimaka Stadium, Port Harcourt on Thursday.
“We’ll
plan carefully to ensure the boys recover properly after the two-day journey,”
Finidi told Rivers United’s media.
“It’s not easy
being on the road, but we’ll get them ready for Shooting Stars.”
