the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, India, France, and Spain reporting
issues. At the peak of the disruption, nearly 3,000 complaints were recorded in
the U.S., and about 600 in the U.K., with many users encountering error
messages such as "Account Services Unavailable" when attempting
transactions.

complete purchases, access their digital wallets, or use related services. The
disruption affected both in-store and online transactions, leading to
