The Supreme Court has dismissed the lawsuit seeking
the removal of President Bola Tinubu from office.
The suit filed by Ambrose Aworu, the presidential
candidate of the Hope Democratic Party, sought Tinubu’s removal based on
Central Intelligence Agency and drug allegations.
The court on Monday held that the suit was frivolous
and fined Owuru N5 million.
