Edo 2024: Bala Mohammed chairs PDP’s post-primary election reconciliation committee

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Constitution and Guidelines of the Party, has established the Edo State Post-Primary Election Reconciliation Committee.

In an official statement released by the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Hon. Debo Ologunagba, it was announced that Bala Mohammed would serve as the Chairman of the committee, with Emmanuel Enoidem as the Secretary and Barrister Jacob Otorkpa as the Administrative Secretary.

Ologunagba further disclosed that the committee’s membership included distinguished individuals such as Sen. Ahmed Mohammed Makarfi, Sen. Barrister Seriake Dickson, Sen. Tunde Ogheha, Sen. Mrs Stella Omu, Dame Dr. Esther Uduehi, Sen. Olalere Oyewunmi, Prof. Sen. Sandy Onor, and Alhaji Isiaka Sola Gold.

“The primary mandate of this committee is to facilitate the reconciliation of all key stakeholders and party members within Edo State in preparation for the Governorship Election scheduled for September 21, 2024,” the party said.

The NWC called upon all critical stakeholders and members of the PDP in Edo State to maintain their unwavering commitment and continue exerting efforts towards the success of the Party and its Governorship Candidate, Dr. Asuerinme Ighodalo, in the forthcoming September 21, 2024 Governorship Election in Edo State.
