The Press Association reported that Hatton was found
dead at his home in Hyde, Greater Manchester, early Sunday morning. Police
confirmed his death but said they were not treating it as suspicious.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson stated:
“Officers were called by a member of the public to attend Bowlacre Road, Hyde,
Tameside, at 6:45 am today, where they found the body of a 46-year-old man.
There are not currently believed to be any suspicious circumstances.”

and welterweight. Known for his relentless, aggressive style, he drew huge fan
followings to Manchester and Las Vegas alike, with memorable bouts against
Kostya Tszyu, Floyd Mayweather Jr., and Manny Pacquiao.
Beyond the ring, Hatton was candid about his struggles

Hatton’s death leaves a deep void in British sport,
where he will be remembered not only for his ferocious fighting spirit but also
