Ijaw National Congress to honour Ebi Egbe

The umbrella body of all Ijaws in the country and the Diaspora, Ijaw National Congress has concluded plans to honour the Chief Executive Officer of Stadium Facility Construction Company, Monimichelle, Ebi Egbe.

According to a letter of notification signed by it’s President, Benjamin Ogele Okabi and the National Secretary, Engr. Ebipampwei Wodu, the honour which will form part of the 2025 Ijaw National Day celebration holding from March 21-23, February, 2025 is in recognition of his being a trailblazer in sports facilities development and his impact in transforming countless lives.

” We gladly chose to honour you as a distinguished international sports personality and trailblazer in the sports facilities development sector and for your strong commitment and lasting impact in transforming countless lives of Ijaws and other ethnic nationalities in the Niger Delta through your sporting engagements and empowerment initiatives.

” Your strong advocacy for traditional sports in Ijaw land and promoting, publicizing and preserving the Ijaw cultural heritage is highly commendable which also qualifies you for the award”, concludes the statement
