·        Discussing the scrapping of the sports ministry for the National Sports commission with Mallam Shehu Dikko as Chairman.

·        Definitely it is a rebuilding processes to formulating policies that will regulate and oversight to ensure adherence with a long standing structure that will reflect a commission that will be much productive laying a foundation of an administrative and much practical technical result oriented organogram from the central, zones, states, LGA and revive the indelible impacts made by the long age annual complimentary programmes with the independent youths events  led by the Youth sports federation of Nigeria YSFON.

·        The allege crises in the sports circle are normal but when it has a long lasting solution then it has a human face that has made it difficult to be resolved close to two decades. If the truth must be said some semi god within the sports circle has used government positions to trampo on the rights of orders to destroy structures that has existed and those are people with doubting character that some shycophants celebrate this day to syconvent the truth acting as god fathers in the sports community protecting their relevance till death even when the game was over.

·        Distinguish gentlemen of the electronics and print media the bitter truth the benefits within the sports community is just more that enough to share and if properly managed it is enough to accommodate everybody that are progressive if people are availed to the primary objective of how things should be done in the interest of peace.

·        Yes, alleges through the makeup crises are known to the public domain but in same vain when a lesson has been learnt from the crises it could be translated into a huge success. All hands should be on deck to fashion a way forward to deal precisely with the differences and actors taking for the entire sports to benefit in the long run.

·        PEACE they say remain a treasure and no matter what it takes that his holiness the Pope could stoop so low to kiss the feet’s of a warring faction from the South Sudan waring faction including the historic style that the immediate past President of the Republic of Kenya to resolve the political stampede with the estranged political rival in Hon Raila Odinga and a seating President Uhuru Kenyatta which brought back a sokun to the Kenya people.

·        On the appointment of our amiable and distinguish personality as the Chairman of the national sports commission by the President, federal republic of Nigeria which sports is entirely grateful to his administration, it was expected that every eminent sports personality should read positive messages thanking  the Jagaban of the Nigeria sports President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, for the noble cause to have looked inward to appoint one of our own congratulating the government for taking a bold step on Mallam Shehu Dikko to have emerged. His appointment may not have been expected as a choice but the book keepers led by my very humble self can affirm that Mallam Shehu Dikko remain one of the best hands that was ready for the job and his choice has come to stay for the good of the game to turn things around at this auspicious time in the history of Nigeria sports.

·        Offices are so transient that no one is excepted to lay claim to be the solution in sports and every transactions should be done to the best of our knowledge professionally for the reason the pending legal matters remain difficult to resolved amicably when those in the trenches where either confronted negatively and others where short changed in service in a carrier that was un ceremoniously terminated unjustly and yours sincerely was a direct victim with about eighteen years at the National industrial court Abuja division with judgement passed in my favour. I am entirely grateful to the court, justice ministry, federal civil service commission and the Sports ministry.

·        However, for how long can we fight this un ending legal battle that has no end for close to two decayed when it is the sports that has suffered the most till date. It will take a courage to intervene pleading with the waring factions to shave their swords for peace to rain which l have commenced in the past weeks that the sports ministry was scrapped with the appointment of Mallam Shehu Dikko the new sheriff in the sports community as the Chairman National Sports commission.

·        The attitude of walking away from people with claims that pulling others down in any fights that will never be resolved to as well regard them as poison should never be an option hence the office we occupy remain a public service and in harmony for peace to reign.

·        If you ask me appossioning blames should never be an option to pacify the warring factions approaching the round table for discussion to mutually speak to the truth and every one should shift ground with no victor no vanguish theories for peace and allow the national sports commission to breadth.

·        With prejudice to the matters in court for all to activate the windows of an arbitration over matters is also to allow quick dispensations for matters to be amicably resolved for parties to discontinue processes and file for nuoly prosecute as the judgement of the court.

·        If the solutions are archived I also plead with the same gentlemen of the media to also play the intermediary as a major stake holder and assume the role of appealing to the conscience of the factions to take the part of peace.

·        May l also speak on the speculations after the last Olympics Games concluding that it was a huge failure that scrapping of the sports ministry and operating a sports commission was the best way to go. I will say the both are good which dependent on the position of the President and the legislative processes which the national assembly made frantic effort to pass the bill after a rigorous sessions waiting for the president to accent to the bill to become law.

·         CONCLUSSION :- I expected that the positive minds should be engaged with the value that the Mallam Shehu Dikko will bring on board to ensure a practicable structure that will turn around the new board devoured of personal interest, learning from the past not to syconvent processes and attending to their misplaced priorities that will further disenfranchise others that may be regarded as perceived enemies that will make them feel not wanted and return back to the trenches again God forbid.
