iPhone
iPhone users can set WhatsApp as their default app for
calls and text messages. After updating to WhatsApp version 25.8.74, users can
navigate to Settings > Apps > Default Apps to select WhatsApp for
Messaging and Calling.
3. Redesigned Font and Color Selection
Tool
WhatsApp introduced an updated font and color
selection tool for Status updates. This enhancement allows users to view all
font and color options simultaneously, streamlining the customization process.
4. WhatsApp Web Interface Update
The web version received a visual overhaul, featuring
a darker theme and updated icons to align more closely with the mobile app's
design. Users can experience these changes by accessing WhatsApp Web.
5. Integration of Meta AI Assistant
Meta introduced its AI assistant, Meta AI, into
WhatsApp, allowing users to interact with the AI for various tasks. Users can
initiate chats with Meta AI or invoke it within conversations by typing
"@MetaAI." The assistant supports multiple languages, including
Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, and Portuguese.
These updates reflect WhatsApp's ongoing efforts to
enhance functionality and user engagement across its platform.
