NEWSBREAKING: Gov Diri arrives Bayelsa Election Petitions Tribunal to witness proceedings

Bayelsa State Governor Senator Douye Diri has arrived the state governorship election petition tribunal sitting in Abuja to witness proceedings.

The governor and his entourage arrived the court room around 10:15am with a retinue of security operatives and we'll wishers. He was upon his arrival into the courtroom introduced by his lead counsel, Chris Uche SAN. 

At the moment, Diri is witnessing the objections by his lawyers and others against the new application by the All Progressive Congress APC and it's governorship candidate Timipre Silver asking the tribunal members to recuse themselves from further hearing of their petition against the governor.
