Nigerian comedian Real Warri Pikin has responded to
criticism surrounding her recent appearance on singer Timaya’s stage, saying
she has no regrets about her actions.
In a video shared online, the comedian defended her
conduct as part of her role as an entertainer and maintained that she would
repeat what she did despite the backlash.
“I did what I did with my full chest and I will do it
over and over again. I’m not sorry. I will never be sorry. I’m an entertainer.
The stage is my shrine,” she said.
Real Warri Pikin also said the criticism would not
stop her from creating content, stressing that she intends to continue with her
entertainment activities.
Her comments followed reactions from some social media
users who criticised her conduct during Timaya’s performance.
Despite the backlash, the comedian maintained her
position and indicated that she would continue entertaining her audience in her
own style.
