An Oyo State High Court Judge immediately ordered a fresh selection process to install a new Soun of Ogbomosho following it's ruling that the present one, Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye was not eligible to have been made king in the first place.
Judge Adedokun, relying on evidence from a rival aspirant, Kabir Olaoye who was able to prove that the selection process to the sacred traditional stool had been flawed gave judgement in his favour.
