Liverpool have completed the signing of French forward Bradley Barcola from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), with the France international putting pen to paper on a long-term contract at Anfield.

The 23-year-old attacker will wear the No. 29 shirt following his move from PSG, where he developed into one of the club’s key attacking players.

Barcola expressed his excitement after completing the transfer, describing the opportunity to join Liverpool as a major source of pride.

“It’s a great pride to be able to play for Liverpool. I’m very happy,” Barcola said.

The forward admitted that the transfer took some time to conclude but said he was delighted that the move had finally been completed.

“It took a long time but I’m really happy today to be able to play for Liverpool and all I want is to be on the pitch and be able to play,” he added.

Barcola Targets Premier League Glory

Barcola revealed that winning the Premier League is one of his biggest ambitions following his arrival in England.

“I hope to achieve very big things. First of all, winning the Premier League – it’s one of my biggest dreams in my life,” he said.

The Frenchman also expressed his desire to establish himself at Liverpool for many years, highlighting the importance of the long-term contract he has signed.

“It is to do that and to stay in this team in the long term – that’s why I signed a long contract – and I hope I can do it,” he added.

Anfield Atmosphere Impressed Barcola

Barcola said his previous experiences at Anfield played a role in convincing him that Liverpool was the right club for the next stage of his career.

The France international revealed that he had played at the stadium twice and was impressed by the passion and support from Liverpool fans.

“I had the chance to play twice in this stadium and I saw the atmosphere and how the fans were behind the Liverpool players,” he said.

“When I knew about Liverpool’s interest in me, I didn’t ask questions and I knew it was a very big club for me.”

Barcola now begins a new chapter at Liverpool, with the forward expected to strengthen the club’s attacking options as the Reds pursue Premier League and European success.
