Drama continues to unfold in the household of Senator
Ned Nwoko, as his 5th wife, Laila Charani, has taken to Instagram
to call out her co-wife, Regina Daniels, over the ongoing marriage
crisis between the politician and the Nollywood star.
This comes after Regina recently claimed she had been
financially supporting Laila, alleging that she was “feeding” her co-wife in
their matrimonial home.
Reacting to the allegation, Laila publicly denied ever
receiving money from Regina, challenging her to make their bank statements
public “to see who is really transferring money to whose account.”
Laila further accused Regina of battling alleged drug
and alcohol addiction, claiming that their husband, Ned Nwoko, has insisted
that he would not tolerate such habits among his wives. According to Laila,
this issue is the root cause of the recent tension between the couple.
In her post, Laila alleged that Regina introduced her
to drugs about six years ago, nearly costing her marriage. She also
claimed the actress exposed some household staff, including her younger sister Destiny,
to drug use.
Laila added that she would never trust her daughters
alone with Regina, alleging that the actress “sleeps with every single girl
around her.”
She concluded by advising Regina to focus on her
rehabilitation, “seek help,” and stop involving the other wives in her
personal battles.
