The Nigerian
National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd.) has announced a revenue
of N5.89 billion and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of N748 billion for April.
According to the company’s Monthly Report Summary,
crude oil and condensate production averaged 1.606 million barrels per day
(bpd) in April.
While natural gas production was 7.354 million
standard cubic feet daily.
The company reported 54% petrol availability at its
retail stations and 97% upstream pipeline reliability during the month.
NNPC Ltd. is collaborating with Venture Partners to
accelerate Sustainable Production Enhancement and has completed the
implementation of presidential directives for its upstream operations.
The company made progress on several pipeline
projects, including the Obiafu-Obrikom-Oben (OB3) gas pipeline, which was 95%
completed, and the Ajaokuta-Kaduna-Kano (AKK) pipeline, which was 70%
completed.
Additionally, Turnaround Maintenance (TAM) was
completed in several Oil Mining Leases (OML). The Port Harcourt Refinery
Company (PHRC), Warri, and Kaduna refineries are currently under review.
The company’s statutory payments between January and
March totaled N4.22 billion, with all financial figures being provisional and
unaudited.
