We will equip our institutions with the resources needed to raise the next
generation of leaders.”

focus on youth empowerment and job creation, particularly through skill
acquisition programs. “We recognize the importance of creating jobs and
providing skills for our youth. Through this budget, we aim to empower our
young people to contribute meaningfully to our economy,” he said.

proposed allocations. Emeka Nwaobi, Majority Leader of the Assembly, praised
the budget’s alignment with the needs of the people. “This proposal is tailored
to the needs of our state. I believe it will greatly impact our communities,”
he noted.
Speaker of the House, Hon. Dennis Guwor, assured that
the Assembly would give the budget the necessary legislative scrutiny. “Our
duty is to ensure the effective implementation of this budget. We will work
closely with the executive to ensure the funds are channeled appropriately,”
Guwor stated.
Governor Oborevwori urged the Assembly to pass the
bill promptly, promising that his administration would remain transparent in
managing the funds allocated. “We are committed to transparency and
accountability, and I assure Deltans that every naira will be spent judiciously
to improve their lives,” he affirmed.
