According to reports in England, Fulham are interested in
signing striker Armando Broja from Chelsea in the January transfer window but
the Blues are unwilling to let him leave for less than £50 million.
Armando Broja is not performing well for
Chelsea this season, scoring just two goals in 19 competitive
matches. Pochettino is not counting on him as a No.9 and even
prefers him to play as a substitute rather than a starter
despite not having another player with his skills in the squad.
As a result, the Blues decided to put the
22-year-old in the January transfer window but reportedly have not
received many offers. Fulham, who are 12th in
the Premier League, are the only ones to have made a move for
his services, according to reports in England.
However, they will not have an easy time signing the
Albanian striker as Chelsea are asking for 50 million
pounds for his permanent transfer. The Cottagers are negotiating
a loan move and lowering his asking price in order to
have the possibility to sign him permanently.
Meanwhile, Wolves are
also interested in signing him but they are having problems with
Financial Fair Play and have a much harder time bringing in new
reinforcements to the Molineux Stadium.
